I recently had problems with my ac. Did a little searching around and also had a friend refer me to airflow. So I called and set an appointment. They were great over the phone. Was able to make an appointment for the next morning, they showed up on time and very professional. Within 45 minutes had my system up and running with no problems. They recommended I get a service agreement and I signed up for it. Great service, prices, and experienced techs. Would recommend them to everyone.

This company is not worth the aggravation after dealing with service … Talk to one person said one thing talk to a other then get different instructions and you are the one to blame. those issues are ridiculous«client should not be the one to blame«mostly after company CANT trained staff to give same instructions !! This is unfortunate but really real, i will NOT get service to AC with this company very unprofessional. After reading Monique review i am with her all the way she use all the right word, The name of my service call person was Alicia. Be aware.

Dear Air Flow designs, I have been a loyal customer since we built our home in 2000 and had no choice but to use you. I will now after 12 years no longer be needing your ham and egger technicians that probably went to a drive thru window to earn their trade license. After 30 + service calls since March 10 your techs can’t figure out the problem and you Ernie the mgr ask me to call when it «goes out again» and I call … Your on call manager tells me that since I have something worked out with you he’s not sending anyone out … I’m not an emergency! You sir the wanna be chief if your tribe… what ever your name is ., are a pompous *** and the most disrespectful Customer Service Representative I have ever spoke to. I not sorry fir the words i choose and i believe them to be quite honest… everyone should be aware of this company. I can not believe the caliber of people they are hiring these days…
