Go elsewhere! Had a leak in the basement. Called them up. A guy called to set up the appointment. Already on the phone he was trying to find excuses to not come out. A week before the appointment he calls to say he had a cancellation and wanted to move my appointment from 4pm to 2pm. I work and I say I will stick with my original time. Then he says all he is going to do is just look things over for a minute and go complete an estimate. I asked him how he will do that without first removing a couple pieces of drywall to see the basement wall. He says you will have to hire a carpenter to remove everything prior to the appointment. I said well isn’t that what you do to determine how a basement wall is leaking. The work to figure it out and fix it is what you do. He says no. I said see you and let’s see what your competitors think. I

I would advise avoiding this company for foundation repair at all costs. They sell a lifetime transferable warranty that is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship, but they will not uphold this. Instead, they will try to sell you another costly repair. They also perform work illegally, without obtaining building permits. Think twice before using them.
