Essence of Nails

I should not even give this one star… the guy did the most sloppy pedicure I’ve ever had. It was so awful I walked out without even a polish. I am quite surprised how they are even in business. He was not even paying attention. Please don’t go to the guy in the glasses. I honestly think he has no training. He doesn’t even look while he’s working he stares off to the other workers. What’s wrong with this salon?!
Absolutely a waste of money!!!

I got my nails done here. Had THE MOST BAD EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst nails job I ever had. Not very sanitary place. Dusk and bugs flys all over. Don’t go there no recommendation for anyone.

I had a ‘pink and white’ set done — the very best job I have had in the last nine months of traveling. Lena was fabulous! I highly recommend this salon!

I finally found a nail place in Casa Grande I like!
It took two hours for my mani pedi but it was a very good one.

Beautiful salon, very relaxing & clean ! Spa Chairs are comfortable. Many color selection. Staff are sweet. Best nail salon in Casa grande !!! 2 thumbs up

Ok… this is the 3^rd chance I’ve given Essence of Nails and it will be the last. Yes, it’s decorated nicely, yes, it’s convenient, NO on the acrylic nails. Had a pedicure which was nice until they popped me over to the corner (to the guy in the glasses) for a new set of nails. I could tell immediately this was not going to be a good experience. He put enough product on the brush to coat an elephant nail. It extended over the nail and on to my skin which only means one thing, he’ll have to grind it off of the skin after he separates the nail from the skin. OMG… this guy has NO CLUE. I was so angry that I did not allow him to polish my nails. I will do them later after my skin heals from all the filing. When I checked out, they didn’t charge me for the acrylic nails. I was told that I’m not the first one to complain about this guy’s work. He needs to be taken out of that place and put back in beauty school. Seriously, I’ve been getting acrylics for many, many years and this, by far, was my worst experience. Trying to keep local businesses going but I will not settle for poor and careless workmanship. I suggest that if you go to Essence of Nails, don’t go to the guy in the back corner who wheres glasses… flunky! As an added note, I am now looking at my pedicure and it is shoddily done as well. Nail polish in to the cuticles and on my skin. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this salon. Sad part is, I was the only one in there while getting my pedicure. The minute another customer rolled in, this guy started hurrying thru the polish application. I will now have to re-​do my toes. I will go back down Florence Blvd. to Always Nails where I always get superb service. The only reason I went to Essence is because it is across the street from where I live and I want to keep Promenade Mall going. Well, guess that idea gets tossed out!

I recently popped in here on my way from to Tucson from Phoenix. It’s right off the I-​10, in that Pavilion area on the east side of the freeway (there’s a movie theater, tons of shopping, etc). This place is located right next to the Target.
I hoped to stop in and get a pedicure. They were able to take me right away. The decorations were very nicely done, and you could hardly notice a smell at all (thanks in part to high ceilings and fans running).
My tech was Ricky, and she was wonderful. Friendly, thorough, and did a great job (despite incredibly long nails herself!).
I would definitely stop by this place again!
PS: I got a standard pedicure for $ 25.

Went to essence of nails today for the first time for a pedi. They got me right in no one else was there, acutally no other customers the entire time of my pedi! They have 3 or 4 diffrent kinds of pedi’s which was nice I went for the one right above the regular which I believe was called the ‘special’ pedicure. The lady giving it to me was new her name was Niki. She gave a great foot rub but, that was about it. My french tip looks like poo! And she hurt my feet trying to sand off the rough spots with my moisture. She was nice enough and I believe she tried to do a good job. The funny part is the 12 year old running the counter was following up on her with me asking if I thought she was good ect. because she was new. The place was very clean and everyone was polite. Might go back with this girl has more experiance.

I walked in to Essence Of Nails without an appointment. I was greeted politely and seated right away for my spa pedicure (the manicure would come after).
The décor inside the salon is so nice! Totally unlike many of the other salons I’ve been to, which have blank walls and no life. The salon is painted a warm color with a nice finish and all of their equipment matched exactly. Everything coordinated so well, which added to the relaxing experience of the spa pedicure. Well… the massage chair definitely added to that relaxation too! :)
I got Deluxe Pedicure with a hot stone massage… which was out of this world amazing, very relaxing as I just mentioned. The Pedicure includes a hot stone massage which I love it.
Everyone in the salon seemed to be working at a good pace, focusing on each customer, rather than rushing through each person just to start the next (which I see a lot in other salons).
A note about my manicure… it hasn’t peeled off yet! Usually a french manicure won’t even last throughout the day, let alone an entire week. At least one of my nails usually chips the same day I get them done, but NOT this one. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
This place is located in Casa Grande Mall and the only Mall in this town. It’s perfect for shopping for my favorite stores and restaurants after I got my service done.
Definitely a 5 STAR experience. Great service, relaxation, and a manicure and pedicure that are lasting! I will definitely be back!

Such a pretty place with a friendly group of staff. A vacation isn’t complete without a nice Mani and Pedi. I love how clean and elegant this place looks and how they take the time to make sure I walked out happy. My Mani and Pedi was clean and pretty and it lasted a while. The best part was the hot stone massage on my pedi how wonderful is that? I never had it done anywhere else and it comes with the pedi. I wish we had an Essence back in San Diego. Not only that it’s convenient since it is located in the main shopping mall in town.
