Carlito’s is delicious. They are the first Mexican restaurant to get Baja-​style fish tacos made right. The Ensenada beer battered fish tacos were amazing. I actually ordered a second round of them after devouring my first order. My husband loved the Sonoran Dog and Carne Asada tacos. The owner and his family are very efficient and friendly. If you are from SoCal and missing the tacos from home… try Carlito’s!

This is our first visit to Carlito’s. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito. Very good. My wife had the red Menudo. It was good.
Even though the restaurant is small, it was comfortable and very clean. Even the restroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed sincerely concerned about our food quality.
They have indoor and outdoor dining.
We do plan to return to try other menu items before fully judging them.
The only concern is that the salsas weren’t quite spicy enough for us. But they definitely are worth coming back again.

I was told this was one of the better more authentic Mexican food restaurants in the area so I absolutely wanted to give it a try.
So what totally makes a good restaurant isn’t just amazing food but the amazing service. And that’s not something we received today.
From missing promised chips and salsa to one person getting their food so fast he finished it before the rest of the party got theirs– I am disappointed.
The atmosphere is also cramped and during its busier times is super crowded. The food also took longer than normal to be served.
The food itself was mediocre at best. Definitely can get more flavor from the Nico’s around the corner. The only thing I seemed to like we’re the refried beans.
Was hoping for more– disappointment

This place is a great new addition to Casa Grande. The food is great; especially the street tacos! This is not what I’d call traditional Sonoran style Mexican food as Casa Grande is known for, which I find to be a refreshing change. Great friendly service as well!

I love their chicken tacos here, and their homemade salsa & chips. Staff are always very friendly. Food is amazing. Great atmosphere every time. Only thing I wish they had was a separate line for the to-​go orders. I call ahead of time, and still have to wait in line to get my food, instead of just walking up, paying for it, going, and enjoying the rest of my lunch. Everything else is perfect. Carlos the owner is awesome.

Wow, new place in town is giving every other Mexican place a run for its money.
Carlitos is quickly making a name for itself and its here to stay. It’s small so tables can be hard to come by, but that just tells you it’s worth the wait or hell just get take out cause it’s that’s good.
They not only have some of the best street tacos in CG, but some of the best I’ve had including the Phoenix area. The carne asada is very good. Not chewing or full of fat or greasy. The salsa is fresh and a great addition to whatever you order.
The service was excellent as well. Vey fire fly and happy to bring you more chips and salsa.
Why go on a juicing diet when there are tacos this good in the world?

Wow! Finally a great place to eat street tacos, homemade burros, and Menudo! The staff is very friendly and full of life too. Today I noticed that the actually toast lol their burros. Pretty cool. This place is very busy but they process orders quickly and get the food right out. I see more of this place in my future.

Really nice Mexican joint in CG. I ordered the carne Asada burrito. Great price for the amount if food you get. The meat was very tender and flavorful. Restaurant is very clean but a little small, but no problem if you don’t have a large party.

Very Tasty! Love love love this place. Staff are friendly, place was clean and the food was Ah-​Maz-​ing! There is limited seating. But they have a few tables outside and also do to-​go ordering. It’s definitely worth any wait time.

I really enjoy this place each time I eat here! As some reviewer had mentioned, the wait when it first opened was a bit long for this sort of establishment, but they just opened. Bugs have to be worked out and it seems that that has happened. I have been here 4 times and the wait times to get food has defiantly improved.
What hasn’t changed is the quality of the food. The «taco lights» are my favorite! They are basically a taco in butter lettuce with some other veggies. Get for those trying to watch their waist line!

Wow food is amazing! Everything fresh and fish taco out of this world. I don’t mind waiting a little bit when food is made to order! The tortillas are fresh and homemade beans and salsa. Don’t forget to try the Carmel stuffed churro’s! Get there early the line is out the door…

Got the Pollo asado quesadilla, grilled fish taco, bean and cheese burrito. $ 7.20 for a quesadilla seems high. It was good but that felt a little high. Only got one salsa though. And salsa was very mild and watery. The fish taco was OK. Needed more flavor. The sauce on it was good. The bean and cheese burrito was HUGE lots of sheeees. But beans need salt. Overall gave it a 3 star rating because it’s new, clean and everyone was nice to us and food came out quick. Standing room only when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Better flavor than the other places in CG (filiburts, vakerrr) Nicos still better IMO.

My co-​worker said lets go to this new mexican grill that just opened up. We went and I fell in love. Great atmosphere, great people, great prices and most of all great food… Needless to say I am hooked, went back the next day lunch again… The carne asada is extremly delicious.

All I can say is wow. So you spend 23.00 dollars at Carlitos mexican grill. It takes 45 minutes to get your food. I ask wheres my rice he says oh sorry were out nothing compensated for it. Then we get this one salsa. Wow my wife asks for more they try to charge .25 cents and finally gives us one more. Oh ok. What a joke two salsas for all our food. That’s four tacos and a quesadilla. Thank god for Red Estillo.
