Az -Tech Radiology

I had been scheduled to have an abdominal ultrasound at 10 AM. An appointment requiring overnight fasting. You are asked to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork. Took me 5 minutes to do the paperwork. So I awaited being called in for the ultrasound procedure at 10AM. When I hadn’t been called in by 10:30 AM, I asked the receptionist what was causing the delay and informed her I was a diabetic and had not eaten. I was assured that I would be called in shortly. At 10:45 I asked the same question and received the same response. And at 11AM I was fed up and demanded that the test be rescheduled. The receptionist called the technician who said he was getting a patient off the table right at that moment. Went in at 11:12 and was done at 11:20
I asked the tech what had been the delay. It appears that it is a daily occurrence. I won’t be using them in the future.

I waited for a 12 days, worrying that I might have a malignancy, due to the swelling and redness I experienced in my left breast while on vacation. I made an emergency appt. for a mammography. The techs did a good job, however the office staff was rude and uncooperative in getting my results to my Dr.
There was a major communication failure. I kept calling to get the results when I did not hear from my Dr’s tech that following Wed. I left her voice messages that I hoped «No news was good news», still no response from her as she still had not received my results
I was told by the receptionist, they had not come through by fax. I then called AZ Tech 3 times to try and find out why they had not received a confirmation if they had sent it. There was no response from them.
I finally in frustration drove to AZ Tech and picked them up myself. It appears all is okay with my results, however I sure had to go through much anguish and worry to discover that. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from AZ Tech. in Casa Grande
I sent them an email a week ago to the owner, and have never received a response that they were sorry or that the situation would be looked into. I will never go back there or recommend them for diagnostic services. My Dr’s office is also writing them off their referral list.
