I had Vince do a 25K full heating install in a 4 unit property I have. The job required putting in a new heating system that would adequately heat each unit. Vince told me base board heating with a large boiler in the basement was the way to go. The house is old and required a lot of tricky ingenuity from vince which he seemed to manage no problem. It was fully rented throughout the entire process and he did a pretty good job coordinating with tenants of his planned work schedule, with a few minor hick-​ups. Overall, he did a great job, and everything is exactly as he said it would be. My only complaints would be the typical complaints with contractors: The project took almost 10 months to complete from first phone call to finish, and there were times where it was very difficult to get a hold of Vince either by phone call or email, going weeks without hearing any response.
But I agree with others, he knows his stuff, he does a good job. I don’t know where his pricing stands because I don’t have anything to compare this type of job to, but he quoted me 23k and it ended up being 25, which I think is an acceptable margin, after all, it was a huge project. He seems like a very fair guy.

just had Vince out to do a dual heat exchanger replacement on my Bryant furnace. He did a quality job, at the time he said he’d be here. It may have taken him a little longer than expected, but he didn’t ask for a penney more, than the warranty work was covering. His business card is now taped to my ductwork for the next service call needed, by myself or the homes future owners. Other calls I made initially from 3 other places wouldnt’ work without being paid, by me, in advance, leaving me to get reimbursed from the manufacturer, and they were also «Bryant Approved». And they wanted twice the amount the factory was authorizing !!

We were dismayed to find our air conditioner was leaking water into the condo unit below ours last summer. The first HVAC technician we had come out was unable to successfully identify the problem.
