Subway

Shorted my kid on the tuna footlong by 2 scoops. Played the «I don’t understand» card. They suck.

If you like lettuce or veggies on your sandwich, you are out of luck. While the food is usually good here at this Subway restaurant, I have noticed the last several times that trying to get more than a chintzy amount of lettuce on my sandwich is near impossible. When telling the girl that I like lots of lettuce up front and seeing very little lettuce being placed on the sandwich, I mentioned it again. Her response was «Yeah, I know, lots of lettuce» and didn’t put any more on than she already had done so. Not cool! I tried one more time on a different day, with not much luck — when I politely asked for more lettuce, after saying that I like lots of lettuce, the male employee proceeded to place about 4 pieces of the shredded lettuce on to the sandwich. I guess the economy is showing up here at this subway — unfortunately for this subway, I really like lots of veggies especially lettuce on my sandwich and if I have to beg and beg for it and still not get it — I will find somewhere else to go that will put lettuce on my sandwich without begging.

This is one of my favorite Subways because they have Spinach which is much better for you than lettuce. Service is usually fast, and quality good. What more can you ask for?
