1) they charge a cancellation fee, or if you are running late, they tell you not to come and charge you the fee. Yet, no matter how early you get there, you always have to sit in the waiting room for at least 15 – 30 minutes after your appointment time. 2) They have also been really rough with the cleaning. 3) they push you to get a lot of aesthetic dental work, that’s esky expensive, and you don’t really need. I think the dentist is nice, but it always feels like I’m going to a high pressure sales meeting instead of a doctors appointment when I go.

I have been going to Dr. Prettyman for years and have always had outstanding service! The hygenists & dentists are polite and caring, and even my kids love coming to the dentist. I refer all my friends & family to them!

They sucked! This was back in October, just writing a review now, they didn’t care they were using super cold water rinsing my teeth, I said ouch that’s cold, she’s like oh it is… acting like it wasn’t, it was freezing! & they didn’t run my insurance they tried to charge me about $ 900 for my wisdom teeth pulled & a cavity filled! Luckily I went back there to check, & they said they would send me my $ later, I had them run the insurance then, it came down to about $ 400, then they still owed me about $ 160, which I had to bug them to send me… they are terrible with customer service & seem like they care about one thing $!
