Savage Towing

If possible I would have rated NO Stars! This company is HORRID, and I am completely shocked they are still in business! My Car was towed while visiting a friend in her town home community, I was parked in a completely legal parking spot. NO signs stating other wise, No crosswalk, no fire hydrant NOTHING. Parked right behind another car and had plenty of space behind my vehicle. When I asked the owner why my car got towed, he said he is not required to tell me why??? What??? it was 10pm at night told him OK whatever, was going to go pay and get my car. and he said nope, hes closed for business… his information clearly states 24 hrs… he then proceeded to tell me that if im not satisfied with that he will keep my car 2 extra days… Called the non emergency line for Cary PD. they said there was nothing I could do unless I filed a civil suit. I was sure I could press charges for car theft. $ 175.00 later I got my car and it is my mission this man does not STEAL and scam anyone else in the future. PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE WHEN NEEDED… There are plenty of other honest options out there. This guys sucks as a person! I am still totally baffled that he is able to do this. Please read other reviews, and also on the BBB (where he has received F rating) he keeps getting away with the same thing.

Never never use this company. Owner is the rudest person I have ever gotten with AAA. He came 3 hours after we called. We were only out of gas. He put us on a flatbed truck instead of giving us gas. Then he dropped the car at the gas station and left. He locked our car up when removing it from the flatbed. He knew it then wouldn’t start and knowingly left us at the gas station. He drove off quickly before we realized what he had done. He basically broke our car and left us at the gas station. We had been sitting in the sun for hours. What a sick individual. Wish I could give a worse review. He shouldn’t be in business.

Savage towed my car from in front of my home in Cary in the early morning.
When I called to enquire, they were cold, rude and unprofessional.
Savage Towing lived up to its name this last weekend in their behavior.
I was surprised when the Towing guy threatened to charge me $ 175/​hour if I were to
get delayed picking up my car. It sounded that he was having a bad day, and wanted to take out his frustration on me.
My car had a minor dent when I got it back.
I would not recommend this Towing company to anybody. Take care!

Called them today after my car died in Cary to bring my car back up to North Raleigh.
They were courteous, fair, prompt and professional. I could not imagine a better experience. My car is now back home and everything was done exactly as promised at the price quoted, and Mr. Savage was extremely friendly and customer-​oriented throughout the process. What else can you ask for?
Based on this experience, I give Savage Towing my highest recommendation.

I was in quite a pickle when I called these guys. My car was broke down on the side of Highway 55 during rush hour. They arrived within an hour of my call and towed my car to the requested repair shop.
They were very professional and knew exactly how to use their flat bed tow trucks. In my case the car would not go into neutral and they had to maneuver the bed completely underneath my car with no help on from the car.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. The price is good and they’ll do exactly as you as them.
