Courteous and very professional. They came when the said they would. Polite and efficient. A little on the expensive side but they come out on the day you call them and I have no problem paying a premium for this. Thorough work. Thanks RotoRooter.

I should have read the reviews first! They were over 3 hours LATE. Said they would be here between 12−3p and showed up at 6:30pm. We had a standard clogged kitchen drain, which the plumber snaked. And then charged $ 475! If you go with them, at least ask for a 10% discount or more upfront. I asked about a military discount, but he said he already ran our card. I called the Chicago office and they never called me back. I can’t get a hold of Joe DeLauder at all. I finally called them back and someone who couldn’t care less finally gave me the military discount of 10%.Ugh. I DO NOT recommend Roto Rooter at all.
