I am not one of those people who go online and bitch about every unpleasant look in a store, but I am making sure I take my time to tell the world about these people. Rude, unprofessional and lazy is all I have to say. I called before going in about my charging port being broken on my Samsung GS3. When I came to the store THEN they tell me how the «repairs person» is not there and he will not come until 3 – 4 hours after. It was 3 pm when I was there, mind you. To wrap it up the people working here should not be working there and they don’t seem like they want to either, if you need a repair I strongly suggest someplace elsewhere and please don’t waste your time going in here where you can feel that they’ll do a half assed job whenever it is that they decide to actually help you.

Do you know what battery is supposed to be in a HexBug?
Do you know where to find a battery that fits a HexBug?
The answer to both is most likely «no,» but these guys do. I use that as an example of why having a Radio Shack close by is always a good thing. They have things that other places just don’t carry and you don’t have to wait for it to come in the mail. Got a weird battery need? They’ve probably got you covered.
BTW… a HexBug is a small randomly operating robotic bug that is extremely popular with kids today. They eat batteries, but kids love them. Target, Walgreens, Lowes, etc do not carry the replacement batteries for them even though they sell toys. Save time and just go to Radio Shack if you need a battery for one!

I was greeted when I came in and asked where the fuses were. I needed one, my guitar amp blew a fuse. I was directed to the area where they were. I walked back and found which fuse I needed. The attended was busy at the time when I walked in, but came back to the area I was in to make sure I found what I was looking for. Good service and with a smile.
The transaction and conversation from that point was very friendly and they thanked me for the business.
OK just a bag with 5 fuses in it and they treated me like a KING !
