Premier School of Dance

I was looking for a place with an adult tap class. I decided to try the hip hop adult and adv. adult tap class. I had a lot more fun in the tap class. I do not have kids yet so this was just a place to blow off some stress. After dancing in a more serious studio since I was 6 years old I was very surprised at the … extremely lax… somewhat chaotic atmosphere. There seemed to be one important thing — the competition girls. Everyone else was just there. My adult class was only an hour each and the hip hop class the moms and teacher spent almost 15 or more minutes just talking! I’m sorry, but I have paid good money to be here, I didn’t have any «connections» with these women so it was rather annoying. They were welcoming and friendly, but the talking just did me in. I enjoyed the company and dancing but I wish there was more dancing in the adult class.
