FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I had over 400 pages printed and bound in a series of different booklets. The guys there were so extremely helpful! They made sure they understood my every need and also that I got the best bang for my buck! They didn’t just assume I wanted all color pages and save me a bunch of money by suggesting black-​and-​white for some. The bindings look great and they look absolutely professional! It was a very quick turnover even with the holiday season. They called me as soon as it was ready, I will definitely return here for business!

Both self service printers would not print my JPG image, after I selected my image and set my print number it sat for about a minute before a warning popped up telling me to find an associate because it has failed to print. I went up to the main desk to ask for help. He first said I should have made my image a PDF file. I quickly pointed out that the first image on the display reads supports JPG format. I gave him my thumb drive and asked if he could print them here since both printers failed. Next he explained the price per print since I was using the full service desk (which as much higher). I asked him if I could get the same pricing ask the self serve printers. He replied if I wanted to get that price I would have to go up front to the self serve machines… What?! Are you serious! I don’t think this guy cared or was even listening. I asked to talk to the manager, but it was he said he already left for the day 1:40pm.
I ended up going to the UPS Store on NW Maynard Rd. It was 20 cents cheaper copy and the person on staff was amazing.

What is up with the shipping stores in Cary? The UPS near this FedEx is equally awful.
I went to drop off a package at this location and was told by the manager that the box was unfit to ship in… and that I could purchase one from them at an additional cost. What a scam! The box had one slightly squashed corner, but was otherwise totally fine.
I proceeded to drive directly to the Fedex off S. Miami where they took my package with all smiles and no questions asked.
