I bought a sleeper sofa from Cooper’s recently. The staff was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and efficient. After delivery, I realized that I had mistakenly received an upgraded mattress in the sofa, and the staff called the manufacturer to sort out the issue. Long story short, I ended up with a free upgrade and a great experience.

Cooper’s has been in Cary as long as I can remember. My parents always bought their furniture from this store and I continue the tradition. It is family run and all the employees are kind and courteous to customers. They definitely know their product and the selection is great. The delivery drivers are prompt and they are always friendly and smiling when they bring your furniture. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else… if you need furniture this is the place to go!

We are new to Cary and as we were planning to buy furniture, after looking at Unilocal I decided to drop by coopers. I have to say this, it was not a pleasant experience. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the fact that they have a good collection. The guy in staff was a little rude and seriously made us change our mind from considering to buy from this place to never look back there again. I wish they were a little more friendly and accommodating.

In the last five years since we moved to the triangle we’ve purchased three mattresses two chairs and a sofa from Cooper’s furniture. The sales people at Cooper’s always take great care of us. The delivery drivers are always prompt and courteous. The prices are great. Quality of the furniture is very good. Any time people asked me where to go for furniture I always recommend Cooper’s.

I remember sitting in the front window of Cooper’s when I was a kid, watching the trains go by while my parents picked out furniture. This place has been in Cary for years — it’s a great store and a reliable, go-to place for quality furniture. They’ve got home and office furniture, a good selection of kitchen tables and dinettes, and an in-store La-Z-Boy gallery (something to distract your husband with while you pick out a china cabinet… or maybe that’s just me.) Salespeople are helpful and prices are reasonable — do what we did and stock up on more than one piece during tax-free weekend. I still can’t believe we got that lucky.
