you never see the dentist here. you always only see the hygienist. a lot of staff members are bullies. it’s just a giant assembly line. dr. ghodke has zero warmth or bed side manners.

I hate the dentist to begin with. Dread going to the dentist. This place has just confirmed my every fear of dentists and then some.
My former dentist is located in my hometown and it was past due to find one locally in Raleigh. This one is conveniently located in Crossroads and my insurance worked here so I figured why not!
First of all, the dentist insisted that I needed to get x-​rays done since I was a first time patient at their location even though I was not due for x-​rays and my past dentist could easily send over my pre-​existing information.
One dental assistant went ahead and took 937 865 397 402 356 992 x-​rays anyways. They were painful! Then I saw the actual dentist for a hot minute.
Another dental assistant cleaned my teeth. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for yet another assistant to floss/​pick my teeth.
The appointment took 2 hours.
My insurance was supposed to cover the entire appointment but then they sent me a $ 100 bill for the x-​rays.
I made several phone calls explaining that I did not feel that it was fair for me to pay for the x-​rays since it was a service that I did not need or want in the first place.
Over the phone, they agreed to stop charging me. Then next thing I know, I am getting letters and phone calls from a collections agency!
