To say this place sucks is an understatement. They have a bunch of ignorant, incompetent kids working there who can’t get an order right if their life depended on it… Last night I ordered ONE HAPPY MEAL, they had me pull up to a parking spot and wait over 7 minutes for one happy meal. I actually had to go in to get it, considering its been some time now and when I walk in, my order is sitting on the counter «waiting to be ran out to me» and the lady was so rude saying she has 700 other customers as well… Mind you, there was no more than 5 people between drive through and the dining room. Not to mention, their food sucks. Never have I ever had to wait 7 minutes for one happy meal at a FAST FOOD joint, I could see if I ordered a whole bunch of food but over 7 minutes for French fries and a 6 piece nugget is rediculous. and To receive an attitude because I got sick of waiting is rediculous. They need COMPETENT people working there.

Today ordered 2 ice coffees Simon at the register was very nice and polite. Not 100% that Simon was his name pretty sure. All the employees manager included had their cell phones attached to them texting. (Other than Simon) who apologized for the mistakes. It took 3x to make our coffees correctly. If people worked instead of being on the phone maybe it wouldn’t take that many tries to make a coffee correctly. Not like the old days where you get the welcome to McDonald’s with a smile. We won’t be going back to Carver anytime soon.

I live in Boston and my family and I are up for the King Richard’s Faire. Decided to stop here. Big mistake. This place is filthy. The girl at the counter gave us our food in bags, never asked us if it was for here or to go. They need to change their oil cause their fries are disgusting. They asked us what kind of sauce we wanted, only for us not to receive any. The staff look like a bunch of grungy potheads. No manager to be seen. Every surface in this place is filthy. Just don’t come here. The end.

Writing a review of a McDonalds is pointless since most are okay and don’t warrant reviews. This one however is the worst I have ever visited. It sits on busy main street in Carver down the road from Edaville Railroad and looks a bit fancier from its counterparts with a smaller sign etc. It is a smaller location but cannot support the capacity that visits this area. The place is run by the most confused and disorganized staff I have ever seen. They have lines of people streaming out the door and the 12 year olds that run the place are a mess. They screw up every order and take forever. They ring up wrong items, give away food to the wrong guests. How the heck can you screw up a burger? This place does and more. Skip this mess and drive down the road to other places to grab a bite. It may even be quicker.
