Old Buggy Inn

This is one of the best B&B experiences for my husband and me. The house is beautiful. The innkeeper is friendly and interesting and fun to chat with. Each room is unique and furnished with very nice antique pieces. The food is absolutely amazing. The innkeeper is definitely an excellent cook. What a treat!!!

My husband and I spent the night here on a whim and it was AMAZING! Pat is such a gracious and inviting hostess.
The house is beautiful and you feel the warmth and love that fills it as soon as you walk in. We stayed in the Milliner’s Room; I adored the décor and tried on every hat! The bed was the perfect combo of cushy comfort but firm support and we both slept great. The claw footed tub was wonderful for soaking, too.
Breakfast was out of this world good! Roasted pears with homemade Greek yogurt and homemade granola with an orange sauce– um… Heavenly! But that was just the first course! Crispy Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream and a side of perfectly cooked peppered bacon. I wish that I had been able to stuff myself more, it was that delicious. Excellent freshly squeeze orange-​pineapple juice, too.
I honestly don’t have the vocabulary to expound the many virtues of Pat and the Old Buggy Inn but we will be going back, hopefully soon. If you want a simple, quiet night (or weekend) away to relax and unwind go to the Old Buggy Inn.
