Not too impressed, called in an order around noon to be picked up at 5pm. Got there to pick up only to be told that there had been absolutely no call in orders. I told them I know I hadn’t imagined talking to the person who took my orders, they still swore no call ins… Then one of the brighter ones walked the 2 feet to the phone and saw my order just setting there. Ended up leaving as there was no apology or offer to make things right.

I LOVE their food! I always choose Jreck over Subway. I wish I had tried it sooner. The subs are well made and the staff is ways nice. I will really miss this place when we move away. My favorite is the chicken sub. My husband’s is the pulled pork.
