I had a great experience! First off, the service was spectacular. Laura at the front desk was the kindest and ensured I had everything I needed to have a welcomed stay. Second, the rooms were both clean and comfortable.(Usually I’m very picky about this) so I really enjoyed not having any reservations about the cleanliness of my room. Breakfast was good. And overall I had great experience!

Free WiFi, free hot breakfast, standard 4 pillows(2 firm, 2 soft), complimentary bottled water in rooms, Bath & Body Works shampoos and lotions, and if you forget something, they have toothbrushes, razors, toothpaste, ect. at the desk for free. These are big pieces of what make the Holiday Inn Express hotel chains my go to when traveling. You get a lot of value for what you pay. To top it off, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the woman who checked me in was very nice and friendly. She offered me a lot of area information about places for dinner. There was only one negative, and that was that the road noise was very loud from the room. I checked a couple times to see if the window was open, but it was closed. If something could be done to better sound proof the windows, this would have been a perfect stay. It didn’t bother me too much(being from a big city) but it would have been much nicer without the noise. Thank you for another wonderful stay, HIE!

We drove in from Atlanta and arrived pretty late in the evening. The desk clerk Debbie was right there to wait on us. She was very friendly. We required an accessible room and it was the cleanest room we’ve been in and very accomdating to our needs. Only suggestion would be is lower the bed a couple of inches especially for someone in a wheelchair.

DONOTSTAYHERE!!! Worst noise I’ve experienced. Paper thin walls and gap under door allows all noise to enter room. Stayed here to rest during a long trip and barely slept at all. Very nice clerk though.

I get to stay at a lot of mid-range hotels in the middle of nowhere because of the nature of my job. This one is alright. It’s not the best, not the worst. Pros: It’s clean, staff was friendly enough, pillows were comfy, and plenty of access to electrical outlets. I had a suite, so the fridge/microwave combo was nice to have. Cons: Water pressure was terrible. Internet connectivity was even worse. I eventually gave up on even trying to use the internet. They really desperately need to fix this. The people who stay here are primarily business travelers, and we *need* our internet. The bed was *not comfortable* by any stretch of the imagination. The pool and hot tub are outside and quite small. Though it is a lovely little area for swimming and hanging out, it is outside which limits the use. This is a relatively new hotel, so it is up-to-date as far as appearance. However, like all Holiday Inns built in the last 5 years, it was shoddily made. It will not hold up over time, and sound travels like crazy when in the rooms.
