Sam Franklin’s Home Furnishing Center

This is local furniture company that is owned and operated by 3 generations of Sam Franklins. I met and chatted with Sam Sr. who is a really pleasant gent. He and his son and grandson care about their customers and it shows. I’ve bought a couch and a microwave from them and been very happy with both purchases. The guys came today and installed the built in microwave. They were very careful and took the time to do the job right. They put down a heavy blanket over my countertop to protect it and brought in their own shop vac to clean up after themselves. They may not be the absolute cheapest on everything, but honestly — I’ll pay more to get the level of service and great attitude that these fellows bring to the table. They also have a young lady behind the counter, Breana, who is just about as helpful and pleasant as anyone I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She was patient and helped me pick out what I wanted. They show up on time — do what they say they’re going to and are careful and considerate with the delivery. You get what you pay for and these folks are far better than any of the chain stores plus you get to keep your money local.
