Ok, so this is not the crown plaza, or the Ritz, but then again, it don’t cost that much either. We rolled into town about 3:00 in the morning(tip, call if you are going to be late so they can plan for you … even if you have reserved with a credit card.) And the night auditor took care of us. He is friendly, helpful, and even remembered me and my partner from previous trips. The room is bigger than some regular Marriott hotels I have stayed in, and certainly larger than that rack rate room at the Ritz. I bring my own pillow when I travel, so I cannot say about the pillows, but the bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom is large and the shower works really well. There is even a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. For us, it is a perfect place to break up a road trip that takes us north from Florida. I mean, the goals for such a trip are make it past Atlanta with a modicum of civility and sanity intact. Cartersville fills that need pretty well. The room is cool, dark, and quiet and so is conducive to sleep. Not a bad deal at all. When he asked for a wake up call, and I said 11:00, he got out a little snack bag for us because we were going to miss breakfast. I mean, how cool is that.

Stayed last night driving back from Florida. Very tight, unfriendly customer service. I was quoted one lower price over the phone when making a reservation. Also was quoted AAA discount with reservation, which they did not live up to their promise with. I would not stay at this Fairfield, try the others North and South of this on along the exits off I-75

Convenient and comfortable. Our room was spacious and offered more room especially in the bathroom. We had a nice little sitting area. Our suite facing the mountain was quiet with two flatscreen TVs. There was a nice workout facility a heated pool and Jacuzzi The breakfast was nice with fresh waffles hot eggs biscuits and gravy a variety of cereals and yogurt and muffins. The staff is knowledgeable about the best local eateries so be sure you ask where to get the best local fare.

Nice hotel. Great service, clean spacious rooms, small pool, flat screen television, and nicely decorated. Bathroom was large and easy to use. Typical amenities. Room was a bit pricey, but not extravagantly priced. Certainly not a value stay. Complimentary apples and/or cookies at check-in and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Would get the 5th star if price was slightly lower

We just left here after a comfy two night stay. The rooms were nice and clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast, all at a decent price. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again next time we’re in the area.

Worst, worst, worst customer service from front desk clerk Darlene. Not only does she incorrectly spew company policy, she is incredibly rude and combative…

Awakened near midnight by sound from loud tv in adjoining room. Called front desk and heard phone ring. Assume guest was asked to turn the volume down. That did not happen. We «listened» to ESPN all night. Hotel staff failed to solve the problem. Gave us a discount of about 50% which was nice, but did nothing to help us get through the next day. Also, road noise from highway in front of hotel can be heard from a street-facing room. If you are a lite sleeper pass on this place.

Woke up with bite marks all over me. The hotel staff swears its my bed bugs so slept another night and now I’m covered with bite marks. Hotel clerk raised her voice at me saying these aren’t bite marks but maybe I’m allergic to soap. I’ve never been allergic to anything ever and these are obvious bite marks. Train your staff on customer service. I was trying to be polite and handle this quietly until the girl behind the counter started yelling at me.
