I love this salon! I recently went to another salon and they screwed up my nails. The young man at Cartersville Nail was able to fix my nails and make me an extremely happy customer.

I’ve been going here for years but last time I visited the lady did such a horrible job on my nails and charged me 60.00 for a fill in, gel color and I asked for a bow charm. I said 4 times I didn’t want it drawn on. I wanted the actual charm. Needless to say I was mad leaving and haven’t been back since. BTW the white tips gel polish turned brown in 3 to 4 days.

I have gone here many times, they have had a change in staff recently and I am unfamiliar with the young lady that started my mani pedi, but as she was on my second foot she cut my third toe deeply, could not get it to stop bleeding, I of course yelled out because it was painful, the manager finally came over after we had soaked through sevaral cotton swabs and applied hydrogen peroxide to my toe, no apologies were offered.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past few years. The salon is always clean and the technicians very good. I haven’t had any problems with my acrylics.
They are usually crowded which I take as a good sign!
