The market has had a restaurant for quite awhile. In early 2016(if I remember correctly) they remodeled the entire market and now there is a dedicated restaurant area. The food is comida casera style(home cooking /street food) — this is not the fake stuff(Americanized Mexican, like Los Arcos). It’s a bit hole-in-the-wall. But we are here for greatness in food, not décor. Solid real central Mex quality food. The burritos are huge and almost resemble San Diego burritos in composition as well as size. My gripe is that they do not always have all of the meats available(e.g., chicharróns). However, I don’t think they get enough traffic to support a 7 day full operation needed to make this happen yet. So get out there and give this place some love and support! As Joe Bob Briggs would say: check it out.
