Working with this company is a nightmare because of their rude customer service. I contacted them to see when an item I had been charged for would be shipped. Lisa Silberberg told me she would issue a refund bc the item was backordered. I asked to stay on the backorder list and she said that wasn’t possible bc they don’t keep a list.
She told me I should just check back from time to time to see if/​when the item ever comes back into stock. Lisa SIlberberg is not only lazy as could be, she has the wrong job. She has no right being in customer service and I cannot imagine how she keeps a job.
Don’t do business with this company. They make it very clear that they don’t care about their customers and aren’t willing to lift a finger for your business.

In a past life of adult times, in hopes of venturing a new chapter of my life, upon browsing at a local Hallmark retailer a cute metal frame intriguing my attention. Since then Sixtrees Limited has changed their line of products from cute to contemporary design, yet bland and boring, thus four stars.
