I asked for a french vanilla coolata and she asked did i mean a caramel vanilla lol of course i was confused and just repeated it. Shortly after she handed me the most watery coolata I have ever seen!
I told her it was too watery, then the othe employee told her how to make it. (Great, training while serving a customer on the go!) She then gave me a coolata that was also watery, then asked if it was okay. Of course not, but what customer wants to be waiting until a trained employee gets it right!
Did i mention how overly sweet it was!
A little advice to the Dunkin Donuts franchise, lets maintain consistency and train your employees a little more.
