I work in the medical field, both in research and in the clinical side. As such, scrubs are an essential part of my wardrobe. The problem is that well-fitting ones are hard to find. It seems that nowadays men’s clothing are made for skinny or fat dudes, but they make it harder for us athletic built guys. Scrubs are no exception to this. After consulting my Unilocal app, I found this place close to the south bay. I ventured on over here to see what I could find. This place is in a small strip mall in Carson. As I walked in, I saw their impressive assortment of scrubs and medical equipment. I headed to the men’s section, and found scrub tops that I liked. I tried em on and decided to take them. I found their corresponding scrub pants, and went to check out. The cashier told me they were going to order more of the same scrubs, and told me that he’d call me once they came in. Seriously, this is now my new scrub supplier. The place may be a bit small and cramped, but they had scrubs that fit me perfectly. Kudos to them. If you work in the medical field, check this place out.

Pretty good selection. Amazing prices. Friendly service. Store seemed organized for the small space it was in. They also sell medical accessories. Will probably return.

They have variation of a lot of uniforms. And I checked everywhere the prices. As far as i know no one beats them. Sets as low as 12 dollars. They also have medical accessories. So its a one stop shop. Will definitely go for uniforms here.

Stumbled upon UK when I was grabbing some food at Poke Etc. It is located in a small shopping center that has a decent sized parking lot. The shop, although small, is loaded with uniforms. About ¾ women’s uniforms with ¼ men’s selection. It is a little crowded though. Tops hang on the walls while pants hang on racks below them. I purchased 3 pairs of uniforms for under $ 99. Selection includes: — a small selection of cutesy tops like Hello Kitty, Disney, Betty Boop, colorful designs. — at least two long racks of colorful Wink uniforms. I bought 2 pairs $ 15-$ 18 each piece depending on the style. A variety of styles and colors too. — a rack or two of various styles and colors of Dickie’s. — Grey’s Anatomy $ 23 – 28 a piece. My favorite because you don’t need to iron them too much, if at all. — their own brand, Dynasty which were $ 5 a piece!, Cherokee, Koi is in the works, and more. — a few nursing shoes, nursing instruments, and lab coats as well. Elwin was very helpful. I noticed that they were out of medium sizes, or in a few styles but Elwin informed me that he could order the item or have it shipped from their other store in Panorama City. If special ordered, it would take a week for delivery. You could also visit them online but I think it is slightly cheaper if you visit the store and you can try them on. I would come back to Elwin when I’m ready for a new set again.
