McDonald’s

This McDonald’s tends to make lots of mistakes, but they are always sure to fix the problem without any arguments!
Last week I ordered a deluxe big breakfast. When I got it home, there was no bacon. I immediately called and spoke with a manager. She offered to fix it and even give a complementary breakfast for free. When I went back to get my free breakfast, I also got a small box with four pieces of bacon.
Today, I looked at my McDonald’s. I had been checking it regularly, to make sure I was given credit. You see, on the McDonald’s app there’s a card that receives stamps for each purchase you make of a frapp. The first time I used it at a different McDonald’s, I got a stamp immediately. Since that time, I have purchased 3 frapp’s at this location, but my card never received the stamps. So I go in and speak with a manager. She said I’m not the only customer to complain about that problem. She took my name and phone number and said she would call me tomorrow. In the meantime, she gave me a free frapp and two coupons for two more free frapp’s.
The McDonald’s app is awesome because it offers coupons for various items. As for a rewards card, it’s not very good … Maybe not yet?!
I’ve been in the restaurant when other customers have had problems with their order. The staff and the manager at this location do their best to fix it right away.
Whenever I’ve ordered food here, it’s always fresh and newly prepared. They don’t fuss if you ask for extra sauce either!
I’ve been to other McDonald’s when they make big deals for stupid stuff. I like the staff here because they are very helpful and are very nice.
The restaurant is always clean and large enough for a group.

Ratchet drive thru girl right now, and has the nerve to have attitude. She couldn’t get our order right and rushes and says if your order is correct on the screen this is your total and then clears the screen and goes silent. So we’re trying to tell her the meal she had down is incorrect but again she says nothing so we drive to the window. The girl has the nerve to have attitude because we drive around to her window because she was unresponsive. Terrible drive thru customer service and bad attitude. She is definitely not suited to be a McDonald’s cashier. McDonald’s takes pride in ensuring their employees provide excellent customer service. Not the case with this one. Maybe she was having a bad day, if so tell the manager you just want to do fries or be a runner for the day. If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t work at this type of job. Her attitude was so stank I had to complain. The young man Anthony that was providing the food at the next window provided exceptional customer service. The manager Ruben received my complaint and apologized and was very nice. I used to be a shift lead at McDonalds many moons ago so I know how the employees are trained. Not everyone is cut out for the job. I’m giving 2 stars because Anthony and Ruben the manager provided great service.

Best McDonald’s ever. It’s clean, staff is super friendly, dine-​in customers get food delivered to their table, food is hot and tasty, my order is always correct.

9am ordering #8 with ice coffee and they don’t have ice coffee ready?!? Had to park and wait for my order…

The only reason why they get a 1 star is because they have the best carbonated strawberry soda. Drive thru is always a 5 – 10 minute wait. I ordered a strawberry soda only to find out they don’t have it and didn’t mention it when ordering through the speaker. Worst service, lazy people, but nonetheless best strawberry soda.

This is one of the cleaner and nicer McDonald’s that Ive visited. This location is similar to that of the retro diners from back in 60s. The furniture inside is nicely kept. There’s even a music juke box, not sure if it works.
Found out that McDonald’s is currently offering Hello Kitty Happy Meal toys and this happened to be the closest location after my gym workout. I ordered a Happy Meal and the portion and food tasted just like any other McDonald’s.
This location is fairly close to the freeway, shopping plazas, and has a large parking lot, not to mention open 24 hours! I would’ve given it a higher rating if the service was better. The staff just didn’t care to be there, I even tried to make small talk with a joke or two, but no takers. Oh well.

I have been going to Macdonal’s restaurant a lot lately bcz of the «Oreo Frappé «which is really good. This drink is refreshing & very rich in flavor. Very satisfying and tasty.
The only problem that I have with the Oreo Frappé is that it really accelerates my heart beat to the point of literally feeling my heart busting out of my stomach lol. Seriously it was really scary & alarming. I did some research about the contents of this drink. This is a 130 mg caffeine, coffee drink with lots of caffeine & sugar. The coffee they use to make this drink comes from Brazil which is really rich, loaded coffee with caffeine. It also contains 270 calories which is not bad.
I am 43, 5’6», & weigh 180, I don’t think my medium size frame can handle the Oreo frappé so I am eliminating it from my diet.

So let’s be honest it’s McDonald’s of course my expectations are high. It was during the week around 6:00 am on my way to the office. I was in dire need of coffee and was a little hungry so I opted for an egg white delight.
I placed my simple order and was expecting to grab my sandwich and coffee quickly. I mean is not the whole purpose of fast food? Apparently at this location it isn’t. I mean really why am I waiting 20 minutes for medium coffee and breakfast sandwich. Do you guys go ground the coffee beans personally?
There is no excuse for the wait time absolutely ridiculous. If you’re in a hurry then I suggest you by pass the place.

We love going to this McDonald when we want Mcd’s. The food is usually super fresh, meat is actually seasoned, and the ice cream is the classic style.
Whelp, unfortunately last night was nightmare zone. First of all it took forever to get the food and food taste totally different than usual. i just thought it was due to them being overwhemed. Come to find out today my husband and I have a case of food poisoning. And this is the only thing we had that was the same to eat last night.

This Mcdonalds deserves a very bad review. Seriously. I just went to at their drive thru 15 mins ago to order a mocha frappé and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The guy manager (I assumed ‘coz he’s wearing a black uniform) just handed me my drink and walked out. I wasn’t sure at that time if he’s gonna get my order or he forgot so I gave him a little more time. After 3mins. I kept on calling for crews to ask for my cookies but nobody was paying attention.
Then I saw this girl infront of the counter wearing her black uniform talking to her boyfriend and kissing him. I tried to grab her attention by waving my hands but she wasn’t paying attention. I honk so she can notice me but It seems like she’s too focus making out with her guy while I was outside their window waiting for my order. I was sooo pissed. She went back to her station and i screamed «excuse me!» she then shouted «I’M NOT BACK FROM BREAK YET!!!» the guy she was kissing then said «she’s not on the clock yet bro, can’t you wait?». I just kept quiet at that time but i was mad. I’m actually mad until now. She then showed herself smiling and asked me what do I need, I said I just want my 3 chocolate chip cookies that I ordered.” She then said «It’s baking!: then rolled her eyes. I just reached my limits and just thank her for her great customer service but she acted like it’s funny and said «Goodbye, take care…»
Whoever that girl is needs to be fired!!! I hope the owner of this place can read this!!! No offense but that girl employee looks like she’s high on something. Let her do drug test or just fire her since she can’t do her job properly!!! I won’t waste my time typing this just for the chocolate cookies but the attitude and customer service she showed disgusts the hell out of me. Please hire more deserving manager not that girl who works night shift!!! Beware of her guys!

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s I always have to wait for my food and park in the reserve area. It’s ridiculous they need to get it together. The guy at the window said if I didn’t get within 60 seconds I would get a free sandwich the next time I came. When the lady brought me my food to my vehicle she did not mention it or give me a coupon.

I have been to this location twice in the last month. I walked in once and I went through the drive thru this morning. When I walked in it was busy, line to the door, and only one person taking orders. When I got home I noticed my order was not correct. I did not get a straw for my drink. Very poor quality control. Won’t be going back to this location any time soon.

Love taking my nephews here its great place to eat and it’s cheap drive thru is 24 hours like all Mcdonald :)

I just ordered an iced mocha with nonfat milk and it was DISGUSTING!!! It’s from a machine. How do you mess a drink up? A waste of $ 3. I know now to NEVER order the McCafe drinks at this location. Ugh.

Listen people it’s McDonalds, unless you are a complete idiot you can’t mess anything up, so answer me this, how is it that I got not one but two still cold hash browns?
They have timers on everything thing so unless you are not following the instruction you can’t mess up something as simple as a hash brown. And to top it off when I took them up to the counter they tossed them in the trash, told me it would be a few minutes for the next batch to come out, and then turned around to help someone else. It was only when I pointed out to the manager that a batch had just come out of the fryer that they reluctantly gave me replacement has browns.

I had a job interview here, and right after my family wanted to order in to go. We ordered two frappes, 2 large fries and 40 mcnuggets. The order took a little over 10 minutes since we came around 2:30pm but we had to wait even longer for our frappes. The cashier asked what size, and we could have lied but my dad already ordered the biggest size. The best part is that the food came out freshly cooked :)
Would we come here again? probably not.

I get to the drive thru this morning and was sort of greeted. He said something like, «Welcome to McDonalds would you li…» then there was a pause so I just decided to order. «I’m sorry can you repeat that?» Was the response I got. So I did. Ordered a coffee with my breakfast with a Splenda inside. «On the side?» I was asked. «No, inside,» I said. Nothing on the screen changed. Oh well maybe he got it… he didn’t. I pull up to the first window and make sure to get the kid’s name: Ricardo V. Okay second window. This kid never even looks at me. Has his head turned towards the inside, holding my bag out of the window… I wait before finally grabbing it. Still doesn’t look at me as he holds my coffee out of the window. Doesn’t ask if I needed anything else: condiments or anything of the sort. I guess I’m just lucky to have gotten my food at all. There’s a lot to be said about customer service, or in this case, lack there of. Yeah it’s fast food, but there’s gotta be a higher standard that these kids are held to. Whoever the manager is right now is slipping.

Not very friendly staff!!! Definitely avoid this particular McDonald’s in the future. Not all of them are the same but some are worse than others.

This McDonald’s has that original architecture which is pretty cool. They even have the original mascot «Speedee» on the front. Nice. You all know Speede, right? I’ll add his pic to my profile.
Oh, this location? Let’s see, its clean, meets the McDonald’s standard of what you would expect I think.

Ok, McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food so this review is mostly about the location and service.
Location:
Disgusting, run down, old, and dirty.
Service:
Extremely slow and employees seem to live up to the stereotypical McDonald’s employee.
Very sad! I won’t be returning to this location!
