I’ve been going to this place for the last 2 years. Besides from being affordable compared to the other skincare clinics that I know, the people here are great. The owner, Ms. Cecile, given that she’s there, would make sure that you’re well taken care of. She makes sure that everything is done the way it should be. And she really makes the effort of knowing her patients personally. And that’s what I love about her.
I always do the promo package they have, $ 85 for facial, microdermabrasion and another one, which i forgot the name for it. It helped me with my blackheads and few breakouts.
I even brought my mom here to do her face contouring and stem cell procedure.

Do NOT book a facial here. I had booked a hydrafacial based on what they say they offer. When I got there, I was informed that this place does not offer hydrafacials, despite what I was told on the phone and what was printed in the window. VERY FRAUDULENT. I stupidly allowed the lady to talk me into a regular facial and the results were TERRIBLE. It is my mistake for not walking out as soon as I found out they had lied, but I was already there and had already gotten a baby sitter. Big mistake. My skin is terrible today and as someone who has gotten countless facials over the years, I can tell you this is the worst facial I have ever had.
UPDATE: After a conversation with the unprofessional owner who yelled at me, my money was refunded.

After reading what RN F wrote, I was a bit hesitant, but for the $ 85 promo, I had to give it a try. My experience was totally opposite from what I read. I was quite pleased with the facility and the staff. They made me feel welcome and very comfortable. Cecil gave me her undivided attention. She explained the whole process, then did a skin analysis and explained the overall benefits of skin care. After having the treatment, people have been complimenting me on how good my skin looks! I am now a very satisfied regular customer. I highly recommend LaVon SkinCare.

I just want to share my experience to this facial spa, I went with my husband and I’m soooooooooo freaking dissapointment. I’m soooo regret of this facial spa because the owner name Cecil did my facial and she’s just too hard on my face the way she prick my face it’s my first time I’ve encountered in my whole life. I’m so caring on my face and too bad i didn’t research well. I didn’t mind at first even though i went out to his clinic soooo red and i might say tortured because i thought it will get away in a few days, but after a month i have this black mark on my forehead and everybody recognize it. WASTE OF MONEY… She also lie about the promo… I WILL NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN… BEWARE GUYS…

There is only one Korean lady, Julie, here who also handles multiple clients when busy. Had the facial promo microdermabrasion, diamond peel, collagen for $ 85. Not bad for the price. Includes neck and shoulder massage, plus some equipment that is worn on both legs that pumps air into air pockets which simulates a massage.
Ambience is good with dim lighting, water fountain in each room, light music in the background. Place is almost sterile clean. Some days the dental office beside it can be too noisy you can hear them gossip and laugh. Makes it hard to relax.
Julie is kind of heavy-​handed, which I don’t mind. It helps with the neck and shoulder massage. She could be sloppy at times, stuff getting in your nose when she applies something on your face, but if you tell her she’s really polite about it. I like how she doesn’t try to sell stuff that you really don’t need like some other places I’ve been to.
