They picked up the phone (personal line) when I finally confirmed they were a business said they would be open until 9:30 pm. Headed over and no longer at this address. Called multiple times never picked up the phone. With 2 small children in the car looking for this place I really hope they are just out of business — but why not say they were when I called? Went to another address listed here not their either. Horrible experience. Stay away.

My gf and I decided to come here for our first Xmas tree because of the Unilocal reviews. We had a great experience.
There wasn’t a huge choice of trees, but they were all $ 24.99, $ 29.99, $ 39.99 and $ 44.99. The stands and bowls are $ 7.99. We looked around, and couldn’t beat those prices.
I’m guessing it’s run by a family, and everyone was really nice and super helpful. We mostly dealt with the kids, and they were so polite and eager to work. I was really impressed with their customer service.
Well definitely be back next year.

Best prices hands down!
Went to Home Depot and about 3 other locations before coming here yesterday.
Home Depot had a skimpy 4ft tree for about $ 25, for $ 39 I got a wonderful full looking tree that’s about 6−7ft.
The service is excellent, Lamar was very friendly and recommend us to come today instead because they were going to have a fresh batch delivered! Thank you for making Christmas beautiful.

WOW. I couldn’t believe you could get a quality 8ft tree for about $ 40, but now I’m a believer of «Tis The Season»
Tis the Season is a great place to go and get your annual Christmas Tree. Conveniently located on Avalon Blvd at the SouthBay Pavilion parking lot. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Once you choose and pay for your tree, you can pull your car near the entrance and they will help you tie your tree to your car. That is great service.
Be sure to tip these guys though, the work really hard and they are so nice.
I’m so happy I finally found our family Christmas Tree Lot and we will definitely be back next year.
