I ordered for delivery here before and the driver took almost an hour to deliver my pizza.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from here again. I got a drink, two sides and two sauces with my order. When the delivery person had my food I noticed the drink and a sauce were missing. I told her it was missing and she said no its not it would’ve said on the label. I knew what I ordered, I complained to the manager and the same person delivered the missing items right away. The delivery person had the audacity to ask me, «How did they find out?» I told her I know what I ordered.
Are you serious?! What is a customer to think when a delivery person would say this?
One star is being generous. Domino’s Pizza, you disappoint me.

So I ordered a large two topping pizza for the 5.99 deal. I specifically asked for the pan style and the girl on the phone said it was OK, however when I got my pizza it was the thin crispy crust! I was already home when I discovered that! Usually I do check the pizza before leaving but I was in a hurry to get home. I tried calling them back and they had me on hold for a really long time so I immediately drove all the way back and the girl tells me that the pan crust is only for medium sized pizzas! They ended up making me a new one and it was the worst pizza I ever had in my life! I should have just went to pizza Hut!

The absolute WORST customer service. The chic at the counter with the horrible attitude must hate her job. Seriously, do us all a favor and find something else to do that you like… the least you could do is be nice or explain things with respect. But no. I will be writing to your corporate office. this isn’t the first Dominos I’ve had a horrible experience with. I’d hate to lump all of you into one section titled under DO NOT GO EVER but you’ve really left me no choice. If I could give zero stars I would!!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION!

Placed an online order here a few weeks ago. Show up to pick up said order, only to find that it was incorrectly made.
As one would normally do, we waited the 10 – 15 minutes for our order to be remade. Once our order was ready, in an attempt to right their wrong, the cashier gave us a ‘credit’ for the price of the pizza, to be redeemed the next time we order, as long as we use the same phone number. Or at last she said she did
Fast forward to today, we call to redeem this credit only for the store to deny that any credit was ever posted in their ‘system’ to our phone number.
Did the original cashier put in the credit on the wrong number (which we had to give to her twice), did she just not put it in at all, or did the cashier today simply not feel like letting us redeem this credit… not sure.
Regardless, I’ll never order from this store again.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. I guess cause it’s closes to me, but this the last time I order from this location. They always get something wrong. Our pizza wasn’t even cut right. I was tearing apart when my kid’s were trying to get slices for themselves. I had to get a knife & cut em myself. Then the girl couldn’t even get my name right. After I told her twice loudly my name. This is the last time I order here. I’ll go with the next closes Domino pizza to me or just order Pizza Hut which is close to me also.

I ordered the two topping medium pizza deal for 5.99 each. Totally sucked. The worse dominoes pizza ever created. Charge more for quality pizza pls. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dominoes till today. I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service! Wings were forgotten and brought an hour later after the pizza. Driver says he’ll bring a soda to make up for the late wings, but in the end manager disagrees and he doesn’t bring it. It just baffles me how it can be okay for a company to treat their customers like this and not compensate them for their troubles. Completely ridiculous! Completely ruined my night!

Seriously was looking forward to eating some Dominos tonight! I was waiting for over an hour when my approximate delivery time was 22−32min! Are u guys serious!!! Who has only one driver on a Friday night?!! I’m so sure after my food riding around with the driver for 40 min was gonna be nice and cold! I spoke to Alicia twice at dominos and she really has no sympathy for her customers, she didn’t even apologize for the long delay! How sad if this is Dominos manager, I cancelled my order. You lost a customer Dominos thanks to your wonderful employee.

Called in my order. Picked it up and didn’t check my order. Got a stone cold pizza. It wasn’t my order. Got a credit for a free one because I didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant. What a disappointment.

I am not Domino’s Pizza fan but was in a bind one night when the brother & nephews came over. The little nephew is a picky eater & his Auntie likes to spoil him so when he asked me for pizza late one night I thought we were SOL when our usual spots were closed.
This spot is OPEN LATE & has ONLINE ORDERING. Staff is extremely professional & put up w my complaints. lol (ie. You have to sign the cc receipt for online orders).
There are no tables. The counter does have security windows but if you’re open late it’s probably a good idea to keep the crazies at bay. lol
Parking: Plenty of plenty of parking in private lot. Street parking is mostly taken up by adjacent townhouses/​condos. SMH. lol

Just like most people I know, I was not a fan of Dominos for years. My story is the same, I like the major shift they made. The pizza has a lot more flavor now and the bigger selection is nice. You have to try the sandwiches as well very nice. My choice is the Sausage and Pepper sandwich.
