Love my girls here at cosmoprof on Avalon. I have been shopping at this location for 2 years now since I moved out of burbank. I would rate them number 1. Always so helpful always sweet and kind. They even remember you by name and remember the things you like. Very organized and even when they are out of certain colors they will run to back and try and find extra for you. They go above and beyond for all costumers and work very hard. I never see them playing around as I’ve seen at the Hawthorne location. These girls work hard and it’s always a pleasure to shop here.

Five deserving stars for the girls who work at this location. The store is always clean and organized. The girls here are super friendly to myself and my relatives who are licensed cosmos. They always take the time to answer all my questions and price check without a flinch. Door is sometimes locked but i think it should be locked throughout the day and there should be a bell or something because I have been there when threatening men have walked in and it is scary. I work in Torrance near the Torrance Cosmoprof but i like coming to this location.

Lady kicked us out for not having a license. I get you have to have a license but you can at least be nice about it. How do they make their money if it is not sold to the public? Good luck trying to get a good business, I will never be going to any cosmo prof again. She was just glaring at us the whole time we were at the store too, smh

The girls don’t have an attitude problem here… Like all the other Cosmoprofs… They are wonderful! Great customer service! The store has a nice layout! My cousin had a great experience here as well!

I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I am able to shop here. I love how organized the store is. The employees are super sweet. They always say hello and they always help with any questions that I may have. Best Cosmoprof I have been to!

First tings first you need a cosmetology lisence to shop here or know somebody with one so when I come here I need to come with my mom .
Fully stoked OPI & China Glaze nail polish bar. They always have good specials going on and if the girls are in a good mood they give you samples with your order.
The only thing that peeves me is most of the girls that work here get really annoyed with my mom when she asks them question (my mother has a slight accent) and my mother never asks anything bothersome or outrageous just simple questions. they just roll their eyes and sigh. ladies if you hate your job that much. get a new one?
