I just started working right off of Wilmington avenue a few months ago and I’ve only been here twice and guess what??? They got my order wrong both times. I normally don’t even bother posting negative remarks on Unilocal but these guys suck. I’m not one of those people who show up at Starbucks and want this crazy handcrafted specialty drink. I point at what I want and ask for just that no extras. I did they exact same here and they got my order wrong on both occasions. Examples — I ordered a famous star combo and I got a chicken sandwich combo. NEXT I ordered a breakfast biscuit with bacon and egg got a sausage biscuit. Simple things people… and by all means I’m not bashing fast-food workers my mother worked at Carl’s once. But step your game up and pay attention!!! if zero stars was an option I would do I would find a way to make it negative stars staff needs work!!!

I really wish they were faster specially in this area were their is a lot of office job. I would stop more often since I am a coffee lover(coffee is great) if it wasn’t for the wait .i waited 15 min for a breakfast biscuit and an orange juice.

One time i got a Super Star and it was the best!!! After that its just the worst, hamburger patty is always cold! The tomato is always much warmer that the patty. Maybe if you order something different that the Big Hamburger and the Super Star they will make it fresh. The shredded lettuce is always wet makes the bun soggy and tastes like chipolte sauce!

I hate mistakes… I should of went with that superstar combo for 5 bucks but me being cheap and broke I had a coupon for a buy one get one free barbacoa burrito. ITWASCOLD!!! What’s worse then getting crappy food, getting crappy food that’s cold. How do they get away with this who knows. I still never learn to not eat Mexican food at Carl’s. You live and learn I guess.

Great service(for fast food drive-thru), but the food was DISGUSTING. I ordered the Cod Fish Sandwich, and it was SLATHERED in tartar sauce, which wouldn’t have been awful — except that the tartar sauce was awful. It was this weird combo of sweet and tangy and WAY too mayo’d out. Beyond that, the bread was soggy with tartar, the tomatoes were soft and mushy, and the fish seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp. I was so hungry that I just took the fish out and ate that by itself. It was gross. I kinda hate myself for eating it, but I was trying to salvage my hunger from a failed Sushi restaurant attempt a few minutes earlier(see my previous post if you’re on my profile!). What a bad food day… Bleh!!! :(P

This place, I swear to God! So I work down the street from this place and lately(due to my time available for lunch) I have been stopping here! Now I know not to stop here if I have 10 minutes or less to get back to work, because fast food, ha ha, my ass! This place is always so slow, no matter if the line is long or there are two people in it. But let me just explained what happened right now! So I went to this«fast food» restaurant to get a simple Chicken sandwich combo! Before I was able to place my order with drive thru, I had to sit in the line for 13 minutes(yes 13 minutes, I take special notice when I have to get back to work). Any way’s after finally ordering I was told my total would be $ 3.59. When I FINALLY got to the window, I gave the employee $ 20.59, he gave me my water and my food and for the next 4 minutes I waited for my change. Now the average mind and the basic cash register would tell you and you should know that the change is $ 17. However after those 4 minutes he opened the window, stuck out his hand and handed me money that was«wrapped» up and quickly shut the window back. I checked the change and noticed that he gave me $ 16.80! WTF!!! How does that work??? I sat there for an additional 2 minutes watching every one walk near the window but never open it. Only to finally drive off because I was so done with this place. SMDH, won’t be going there again. They can have the .20 cents! Put that towards an education fund for Carl’s Jr. employees.

Grabbed food from the drive through. I Bought tenders and combo #4. The cashier was nice and the food was good. The only complaint, only received one napkin, and no sauce for the tenders.

I came in this morning with my family and we purchased 3 meals, coffee and milk. 5 mins into the meal and my daughter turns to me and says«daddy, the milk tastes funny». I went back to the counter for an exchange and the man at the counter was trying to point out that the milk is good until tomorrow 6⁄15. Anyways, he exchanged the milk for me and the 2nd one was bad too! I went back and talk to the manager and advised them that they need to check all the milk. She says«yeah! Yeah! I’ll do it». She went back to work and didn’t do anything and still continues to sell the bad milk! What kind of food safety training is this? They just don’t care! So be careful at this carls jr!!!

My mom and I had an appointment in the area and decided to stop here for breakfast. The man at the register was nice. The food he brought to us was gross. I ordered two breakfast biscuits(one sausage and the other bacon) and mom ordered a burger and onion rings. The biscuits were old, the bacon wasn’t cooked, the egg was crunchy(since when is an egg crunchy?), the sausage was tough. I’m not gonna lie, it was 8 am and I was hungry so I ate it. My mom didn’t finish her onion rings and burger. She said it tasted stale and not well cooked. We both ended up in the bathroom before we left and I was sick all day. Even after eating lunch(safely made in my kitchen) I still tasted that biscuit(how is that possible?!) I will not be going here anymore ever. There’s a McDonald’s down Del Amo. Thank God.

I come to this Carl’s Jr at least once a week because there aren’t many places close by my work that I can get to quickly. The food is what you would expect from Carl’s, not terrible not great. The 5 Stars I am giving though are for the service. I alway eat inside so I can’t comment on the drive through, but inside the place is always clean. They seem to be over staffed at lunch and people are always in and out very quickly. The staff doesn’t just stand around behind the counters either, they make an effort and every few minutes you will see them walking around the restraunt picking up trash and asking each customer if everything is ok and if they need anything. This service should be expected everywhere, but when you actually see it these days it impresses. A friendly atmosphere that makes this Carls Jr stand out over others.

Garre word of advice. During the lunch rush, joking is inappropriate. Your manager shouldnt have to remind you in front OF a lobby full of customers. JS!
