Terrible customer service. I was told to park in front. I waited 10 minutes then went inside. The girl at the counter asked the drive thru girl about my order and she wouldn’t reply. It was obvious they weren’t speaking. My order was being packed by a young man who asked the cooks for one hard taco. The cooks wouldn’t respond to him so he had to go to the kitchen to get it himself. It is obvious that this is a miserable crew who do not like each other. What a terrible team. In the end when my food was handed to me, no words to me either. Poor unhappy souls.

This was the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been too. The staff is horrible and rude. Too us and the other customers in the building. We went through drive thru and ordered looked at screen and it was correct. So we pull around to window and pay and they gave us no receipt. Then they tell us to pull forward to front of building to wait for our food so we did. When we got our Order my boyfriends burger was wrong so he went in and told them and they said no you ordered a single and he told them he wanted his receipt. And the receipt had been changed or something because when we told her the order was correct on the screen it was but not on the receipt. And they would not give him another patty.

The customer service here is horrible. If a customer asks if you have a particular item, you should either say you have it or you don’t! Within the last half hour I have wasted time, and after tasting the food they gave me, I have now wasted money too! The staff is rude with no personality. No wonder the rating and reviews on this place are negative!

Don’t ever go to this restaurant! It took about 17 minutes to get my meal, and it was not even busy. The workers were giggling and laughing among themselves while I waited.

I went to this location and ordered a Famous Star with cheese and no tomato, mayo or pickles. I received a Famous Star no cheese and everything in it. I returned it without taking a bite. 20 minutes later I checked on my burger and they did not remember my order. I waited another 5 minutes and finally received my burger with barely an apology. Needless to say I will not be going back.

We went through the drive thru after shopping at Ikea and the girl who took our order was very friendly. When we got to the window, we asked to make sure we were getting the correct order and Samuel reassured us that everything was correct. He was very polite while processing our payment and asked if we needed any condiments. We asked for three packets of ranch but were told that they only had one left. I worked in the restaurant industry for over eight years, so I understand this sort of thing happens. But later when we got home, we noticed that they did in fact give us the wrong burger. When we showed concern about our order being incorrect, they should have checked it instead of just reassuring us that it’s correct. On the plus side, the Dr. Pepper and fried zucchini were really good!

I went to this location on 3−23−15 around 10:20pm. I entered the drive-thru and my order was taken by Jabar. Let me say that Jabar made my visit great. He was friendly, upbeat, provide excellent customer service and got my order right. I never got such excellent customer service at any other Carl’s Jr before like i did at this location with Jabar. Great service Jabar!

Holly crap service sukkz azz big tyme! Got the wrong order, they forgot my zucchini fries. Service is slow, takes long for employees to acknowledge a customer. Bathrooms r just omg fukn dirty n filthy. Not well taken care of. Dont eat here, cuz I dont think employees wash they’re hands anyway. Don’t do it!!!

First off, It’s fast food. I get it. Apathetic workers making minimum wage. I don’t hold fast food joints to the same standards as regular restaurants. The only thing I expect from a fast food joints is a clean environment, fairly sincere greeting(hello, hi, may I help you, etc), accurate order, fairly fresh food and a fairly sincere thank you when they take my money. I was short on time so I went through the drive-thru at about 2PM for a late lunch. The exterior is fairly dirty and there are often homeless folks at the bus stop benches. I ordered a #3 Bacon Western Cheeseburger Combo small with a Iced Tea($ 5.99 + tax = $ 6.53). I pay with a $ 20. The worker(no greeting) takes my twenty and starts to make change. She’s taking a while and finally hands me my change, saying«sorry for all the pennies». It didn’t really bother me at the time, stuff happens. She gives me my food and I go on my way. Food was horrible. Burger was semi-cold as if sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours, fries were undercooked. I rarely check my change when I shop, but since I had a pocket full of pennies — i counted them. Sure enough, bad enough she gives me pennies but she short changed me. I got 1 quarter and 18 pennies(43 cents) — ripped off 4 cents. Bastards!!! I felt like driving back through the drive thru and chucking my handful of pennies. I should know better than eating here, live and learn.

This is a horrible Carl’s Jr. They are always slow and they always get something wrong. Today my boyfriend had a major issue where they got the burger wrong three times and by the time it was right, 15 minutes later, his fries were cold and when he asked the manager if he could get hot fries, she was very disrespectful and rude. She was very sarcastic and actually turned her back on him. She was yelling at him. That’s horrible customer service. How about the customer is always right, it’s their money, their order. Smh. Anyway, steer clear. 9 times out of ten, your order won’t be right and you’ll have to wait forever to get it corrected and you’ll receive horrible customer service. Also, when he asked for the corporate number, she said she didn’t know it. So sad. Come on people. Can we all just get along.

I come here once in a while to pick up lunch on my lunch break most of the time through the drive thru. They are not the fastest and today they punched in the wrong burger even though she repeated what i order correctly good thing i noticed it on the screen and when i got to the window made sure i got the right burger. Mostly went here for the orange cream shake yummy it’s like the old school 50⁄50 ice cream bar if you all know what that is if not google it lol.
