We were there for my aunt’s viewing. Although we were only allotted half an hour, they let us stay an extra fifteen minutes to finish our prayers and say our goodbyes. They were very considerate and respectful. It was very much appreciated.

Caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. Richard helped us with my father’s funeral and then 2 years later with my mother’s funeral. The service they have at Waltons is wonderful. Highly recommend this place and their staff.

Robin was wonderful in helping to make my mother’s final arrangements. Our family was able to have mom cremated for around $ 1000. We had our services later in Michigan. Robin made sure we had all the needed certificates, and procedures done as required. Thank you so much Walton’s.

I have never been so disappointed with a funeral home. Not only did Walton’s not send my father’s cremated remains to me on time, but later tried sending me a bill for services that I already paid for. My father passed away 5 months ago, and his remains were sent to this funeral home from the hospital. We quickly arrived to make arrangements with a funeral director. Our plan was to have his remains cremated, and then picked up later that week. We were told that we would receive his remains in about 4 days. The four days came and went, and we had to return to California to make burial arrangements. We were told that his remains would be shipped to us as soon as possible. I called the funeral home 3 days later, and I was informed that the cremation had not been done. I waited another 3 days, and called again to see if he had been cremated. I was told that he was next in line to be cremated. Finally, they called me over a week later and told me that his remains were ready to be picked up. «Picked up? He is supposed to be mailed to me!» I shouted to the receptionist. His remains had sat on a shelf for 5 days, and no one bothered to follow through with our wishes. I then gave them my information so that I could receive his remains. I was promised his remains in two days, and that I would need to be home to sign for the delivery. I took the day off of work and patiently waited for my father’s remains. After the postman delivered our usual mail, I called Walton’s. They informed me that he had not been shipped out to me. They were waiting for payment for shipping. I was never told that I needed to pay $ 75 for shipping when I was giving them my mailing address information. I called back to pay for the fees over the phone with a credit card, and was again promised that I would receive the remains in two days. Again, I got no delivery. After already missing two days of work, I still did not have the remains. This further delayed my funeral arrangements for burial. I called Walton’s again, and spoke to a man who said the remains were never mailed out. I grew livid and demanded to speak with the funeral director who I made arrangements with. The funeral director told me that my payment was never communicated to him. The worst communication ever! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I demanded that I be sent the remains right away. I told him how I would be now losing $ 330 for not going to work to wait for delivery of the remains, and how I paid him $ 75 already for the remains to be shipped. I received the remains the next day, and was finally able to plan my dad’s funeral. Mind you, I’m only 26 years old. That wasn’t the end of it. About two months later, I received a bill for the shipping. I called them, and apparently there was a glitch in their billing system. A month later, I was sent another bill, with interest. They told me to ignore the bill, as they still hadn’t fixed the glitch. I will never forget how this company caused financial and emotional pain following the loss of my father.
