Valley Realty & Management

We have rented through Valley for 2 years and had nothing but positive interactions. We recently purchased a new home and the end of our lease/​move out has been really easy. I highly recommend this company.

I don’t rent from Valley, nor have I had them manage a property, nor have I bought or sold real estate through them. This review is solely based on my interactions with them as a competitor, particularly in comparison with Large Name Real Estate Conglomerate who has a local office.
Got all that?
You can tell a lot about a company on how they handle paperwork. If you go into an office and there are stacks of paper to the ceiling, with people running around muttering, «I can’t find it! Have you seen it? Did I give it to you?» then you should turn tail.
The times I’ve gone to Valley Real Estate to collect paperwork, it was (a) ready extraordinarily quickly, (b) ready when they said it was going to be, © complete, and (d) accurate.
In contrast, the L.N.R.E.C. takes a month– literally 30 days. It’s never ready when they say it’s going to be. It’s complete, but just barely, and rarely accurate.
So, based on that, I’m guessing they run a fairly tight ship, at least as far as my dealings with them.

I really wish we would have done our homework before choosing to rent through Valley Realty & Management. We love the house we are in, but they have been incredibly unhelpful since we signed our lease.
The people in this office have zero communication skills. No one returns phone calls, the receptionist loses notes for the people who don’t return phone calls and even an infestation of ants that was there before we moved in was not enough for them to assist us.
We moved into a house and were promise that some minor things would be fixed and that work orders had been placed… 2 weeks later nothing has been done, nothing has been fixed.
Hopefully we will be able to buy soon rather than renting again, but I guarantee that whether we rent or buy, Valley Realty & Management will have no involvement at all.
