I’ve been to the office twice now. Yesterday I met with Dt Jones. I’ve had back pain for 10 years. Been through anything and everything our dr in California suggested. I’d been a hairstylist for 32 years, and it’s been hard on my back. I thought I was just going to have to live through another horrible winter with arthritis in my low back. Dr Jones has a procedure to scrape away the arthritis!!! I’m so happy to know there’s a solution!!! He made my husband and I feel comfortable. Dr Jones has a wonderful bedside manner. You can see this is his gift for sure. Love him already! Thanks Dr. I now know there’s hope.

I have been seeing Dr. Edmonds off-on for years for a shoulder issue and I think he’s great. I have to give a mediocre rating because I called on a Friday morning in pretty bad pain(waiting for an MRI appt to be scheduled) and left a message asking for a prescription for pain meds. No one bothered to call me back so I had to go all weekend in pain. Left another message Monday morning and still no call back the entire day. After my persistence, I finally got an RX called in about 4pm. Seems like if a patient is calling with considerable pain, they would make it more of a priority to get back to the patient.

Dr Mike Edmunds is the best of the best. He has performed a number of orthopedic surgical procedures on me and my wife and we have total and complete confidence in his professionalism and competence.

I was so unhappy with how I was treated at this office. I needed surgery on my neck and was in horrible pain. When I finally got in to see someone it was the PA who sent me to get an MRI and epidural in my neck on the same day. A week or so after I had the epidural I was still in pain so I made another appointment to come in. When the I met the Dr he said he knows why the epidural didn’t work, I had something major going on and needed surgery. Why did they send me to get an epidural without looking at my MRI results first? I ended up having surgery. The Dr. Said I should feel ok and be able to go back to work in a few weeks. That was not the case. The recovery was much harder and took much longer than that. Since he had told me I should feel better in a few weeks I was getting worried that I was still in so much pain. Every time I called the office to ask if the pain was normal and what I needed to do I got transferred from one person to another numerous times. I could never speak to the Dr or even the PA. It was always some girl who had to ask someone else who had to ask someone else again. I always got conflicting answers on what they wanted me to do depending on who answered the phone. I don’t usually complain about people because I get it, we are all human. However I feel this place is so unorganized and they don’t seem to train their staff accordingly. There is nothing worse than being in horrendous pain and not being able to have a competent Dr’s office to trust to help.

My surgeon Dr. Jones is as good as they get. After the fusions in level 5,6,7 on the same day I could walk up and down stairs unassisted. Health wise I am glad they convinced me to have surgery ASAP. It has put a damper on my summer activities but there will be next summer which without the surgery would more than likely have been in a wheelchair and the rest of my summers! Thank you Pamela and Dr Jones for the persistence. Amanda is great. Their staff however seems to be way overworked, great at what they do when they can get to it.

I’m hesitant to post anything that’s not positive but if this were my business I’d want to know. I made an appt. for a knee issue, and was instructed to complete 4 pages of info online, submit it before my appointment and arrive 15 minutes early. Done. Took 2 minutes to check in because I did it all on line — it took 25 minutes to fill out the online medical history, symptoms and WHY I was there info… The place was packed– I asked if Dr. was running on time. Uh, no, about 45 minutes behind. So now I have an hour to kill? OK. Eventually I got x-rays and met with the doctors PA «Assistant», who asked why I was there. Me: «Don’t you have all the medical info I filled out?» Him: Blank Stare… No. I had to give a narrative of the info I already filled out explaining my story. 1 hour and 20 min later, the PA had done a little exam and given me his opinion, which sort of confirmed what I thought. «The doctor will«pop in to say hi shortly.» he says. Shortly? I had another meeting that I was now 20 minutes late for so I said thanks and left. I get that doctors are overworked and underpaid, but a little communication goes a long way. And I have stellar full coverage PPO ins, not that it matters. I’d be hesitant to have surgery in a place that seems to have little regard for the customer/patient’s time. The Xray tech was awesome, efficient and professional.

All I can say is — Dr Anderson is the best. Two weeks after hip replacement and I am walking better than I was before the surgery. Staff here are friendly and treat patients like intelligent adults.
