We called SDW with a rush/​last minute order as we were needing to beat a siding install. SDW was extremely helpful and timely to get us ordered and received in time. I have worked with a few other window/​door companies and no others compare. I was even more last minute because another company left me hanging and I had to find a new company. SDW stepped up for us! In less than a business day I had my order placed and ETA for delivery the same week. This is after a week and a half just trying to get pricing elsewhere.
I haven’t received the product but after such good customer service, I know we will be happy. I fully recommend not wasting your time anywhere else and call SDW first.
