Eddie is the best. He is fair, timely and professional. We were having some issues with the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater, as it was constantly leaking water. The first plumber that I brought out in the emergency, immediately said that I needed a new hot water heater. I asked him to replace the pressure release valve first, so he obliged. It continued to leak with the new valve, so he said we definitely needed a new water heater. I called Eddie because this guy couldn’t install a new one until the following week.
Eddie came out, immediately identified that my water restrictor was broken, so the water pressure In the house (150 – 160 psi) was what was causing the pressure valve to pop. (It was doing its job) He replaced the restrictor, and then I ended up just having him replace the water heater as well (Since he brought a new one because I told him that we needed it, plus mine was 18 years old & likely about to retire anyway.) He was fast, his pricing was fair & he bailed me out of a bad situation. Thanks Eddie!

We were looking for a plumber in Carson City to look at the water pressure and fix the pressure valve on the hot water tank at my BF’s house. One of his friends had recommended Eddie Hart and had his phone number. We called him and he was over pretty fast. He was complete in his assessment of the pressure situation. He too pressure readings of the water pressure in the house and determined it was the house pressure regulator on the water line. I didn’t even know houses had those, I just knew about the one on the gas line. So he crawled down under the house, better him than us with all those creepy crawly things down there and mice poops or whatever else.
Eddie Hart got the job done fast and and the water pressure is down to what it’s suppose to be. Then he replaced the pressure release valve on the water tank. That guy works fast… like he’s done a million of these things before. Yes, as one review points out, he does have a little quirky personality, but he knows his stuff and gives a fair deal, cause he’s his own boss and not working for some big chain plumbing company with a ton of overhead. Those guys will try to upsell you on anything they can. Eddie Hart Plumbing seems pretty good choice in Carson City, but he is busy, so leave a message and he’ll get back to you.

This is the best plumber in town. He is always honest and helpful, I only call him and always tell everyone else to call him. You can’t go wrong with Hart Plumbing you will always get great service.

This guy knows his stuff, but you better be ready to deal with his attitude/​demeanor. Sometimes great, other times not. Had some great service, but the last service he charged me as if he was doing a way professional job, but never finished and didn’t return any calls after telling me to finish it myself.
