Harbor Freight is the single best place to buy inexpensive tools. There may be better quality or better guarantees elsewhere but for a quick, inexpensive, alternative purchase, Harbor Freight is the best around. Over the years, I have saved thousands. Keep up the good work

Harbor freight has decent tools and prices well below other tool stores. The staff at this location is friendly and fast at check outs on my experience.

In regards to Product, their sockets and wrenches are the only thing in the store worth buying! EVERYTHING else is garbage! Been shopping at HFT for 20 years + and I have bought almost everything they offer from $ 1 items to $ 1,000 items. As far as employees go, they have to hire drug addict losers with bad attitudes and no customer service skills so they can price their stuff lower!

A nice female employed got in front of my dad’s wheel chair with a dolly full of boxes and parked it right in front if him so he couldn’t pass. Then she walked off and left it there. His chair couldn’t fit to get past it and to top it off she left a razor knife sitting on top of it where a child could get it!!! Her name tag says«Erin»!

I agree with Wayne D’s review, but I’ll add my vote. Most of the tools are made-in-China junk, but the low prices reflect that. There is a small selection of «regular» hardware-store stuff, but mostly it’s tools. Prices are reasonable, it’s open until 8pm(customer friendly!), and the employees were helpful and pleasant.

Loving Harbor Freight Tools because I don’t have to drive all the way to Reno, heh heh heh. The other reason I like them is because when I look for stuff on their web site, it’s pretty much in their store, too. Lots of nice items in a compact space, at good prices. You have to be careful on some of their stuff– it has American-sounding names like«Pittsburgh» and«Central Machinery» when it’s actually made by the People’s Red October Tool Foundry #7 and the quality is, I’m sorry to say, not always there. For instance, the difference between a «Pittsburgh» pipe wrench and a «Rigid» is going to be noticeable. So will the price. So there are times you’ll want something inexpensive and be able to get it quickly, and these guys will have it. Very handy to have around and easier to get in and out of than Lowes or Home Depot.
