I fell for a scam where someone called saying they were from Microsoft. Long story short they locked me out of my laptop. DeBug Computer, Inc. resolved the issue within a few days for a reasonable service charge. I used DeBug Computer’s services before when they were on N Carson Street for a hardware issue with a different laptop last year. I have used their services twice now and will use them again in the future again if needed!

We are very lucky to have a local company willing to help customers with their problems no matter how big or small. I came in with some issues on my Ipad, I’m not very tech savvy, and the techs where more than willing to help me with my questions. I called ahead of time to make an appointment to speak with a tech; they were very timely and professional. If anyone has a problem at home I would recommend making an appointment with them to come out and get your issues resolved, they are more than fair with their rates and answered most of my questions without expecting anything in return.
