I’ve been taking my children to see Dr. Haider for as long as I can remember. He is a fantastic dentist and is wonderful with the kids.
I can’t stand the office staff. They are rude and always act as if I am trying to skip out on the bill. If you have a billing question, be prepared to have disgusting looks from them if you even hint that you might not be able to afford everything they recommend at one time.
Be prepared to wait in a very cold, noisy waiting area. I have never made it out of there in under 2 hours. Most of it is waiting. When my last child is finished with orthodontic treatment, we are leaving the practice. I can’t handle it anymore. I’m sorry to leave Dr. Haider, but won’t be sorry to leave the office staff and attitudes.
Oh, they are a cash or credit card only office. They do not accept checks.

Our daughter is a handful but the staff was able to get her teeth cleaned and we left the office very satisfied. Clean facilities and friendly staff made us happy with our choice of dentist. Recommend.

I really like the office and the staff has been okay with us. I love Dr. Haider but he is the only Dentist in that office so, it is true with the amount of time you have to wait. I have had my kids go there since they were 6 months old and they are now 11 but I have decided not to go back because 1. they haven’t returned my call in over a week 2. Because I really don’t want to wait as long anymore, its hard with 3 kids.3.Even though I have been driving there for the past 3 years from Frisco, I just don’t want the drive anymore. If Dr. Haider got a few more colleagues in there and a better staff he would get better reviews. He’s really good with the kids when you get the chance to see him.

Office staff enjoys very, very long lunch breaks. Good luck getting in touch with them. Bad work ethic and poor attitudes.

Good Dentist. He did my oldest’s braces and some work on my youngest. But, be prepared for an hour wait EVERY time you go there.

Don’t even pick up the phone to call and make an appointment. Find someone else immediately. I’ve had a tough time with my dental insurance limiting the providers that are available. I would gladly pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. The staff and the hygienists are super nice. That’s about all I can say about that.
