I have a 55″ LEDTV that was not powering up. Dreading having to shell out the cash for a new TV I called York TV. We had a nice phone conversation regarding what the potential issues could be and the worst case scenario. The cost of the worst case scenario would have put me in the market for a new TV. The cost for a home visit diagnosis was low enough to give it a shot and they could come out that afternoon. When he came out to look at my TV he determined that he could fix it. They took the power board with them, ordered some parts, made the fix and then called me the next day(Friday) to see if I minded them coming out Saturday morning to put the TV back together. Got it fixed and working great! To sum things up, great service and they came in under the estimated time to do the repair and under the cost they estimated. If you need TV repair I definitely recommend you give York a call!

Long term business. I called because I had a TV sent from the factory that had defective settings. That is the short version. I called and left a message and he called back and we discussed my situation. He said that he had never heard of the issue I was having, but instead of telling me to call someone else, he went on line to see if any other Mitsubishi techs had encountered the same issue. They had not, but he found that my unit had a software update. He completely walked me through getting it and how to install it. He explained the issues that would keep the install from working and I wrote down every instruction. I went home and did exactly what he had instructed and it worked like a charm. Not only did this fix the problem that I had been fighting for 4 years, I think the picture is even better! This is a business that is in it for the long haul. Thanks!
