Placed a to-​go order from my house 5 minutes away, and the whole ordeal took 40 minutes. The food was soggy. The pricing wasn’t right. And the taste was extremely unusual to the same dish I order at other locations.
This will be the last time I choose to eat at this Waffle House.

They should close this place! Food never cooked right, meal never comes out all together. Staff not focused on customers. I stopped going to this location after several attempts with the same result.
Hwy 27 location does a great job. Must be bad management.

Consistently good food. However not just at this one but the quality of service at all of our local Waffle House locations is not the same as it was even just a few years ago. Im not sure whats going on. Orders used to always come out perfect but now is what you ordered but the minor details you asked for were forgotten. Refills on drinks don’t happen as often as they need to etc. The overall attitude of the staff is not bad its just not what it used to be. Im not sure is its management or competition with other restaurants has driven the service down. Waffle House is still one of my favorite places to eat.

Well we just got home after eating here. If you eat here check your plates. We were eating and half way through the waffle we saw gum on the plate that had went through the dishwasher. We waited on our waitress it took her 20 minutes to come out from the back. When we got there she told us she would be off in 20 min. When asked her well told her. She got pissed off and said how was she to know that there was blue gum on the plate when she plated it. Me and my husband eats there 2 or 3 times a week no more if I won’t dirty plates I will try that at home at least I would know if they had anything I need to worry about. On a good note the coffee was good even through I only had one cup, because I could not find the waitress!
