The Tallows Apartments

The Tallows more like the dumps. Our apartment has roaches… yes roaches and we have been here since November. They have attempted to have someone come out and fix but seriously its gross. We moved into this apartment and they had multiple issues (plugs not working, door handles not working, heat not working in one of the rooms, dryer vent completely full of lent, broken window, dish washer that had paint inside from them painting the counter tops, splatter paint everywhere from a quick job and roaches).
If you can avoid this apartment and the management. As of right now we called them on Saturday because there is a leak coming from the upstairs shower into the kitchen pantry. Maintenance came out and said i will come back on Monday and fix it. Today is Thursday night. We called the office yesterday to find out why no one had come by yet or maybe just communicate with us. We were told they were busy with other repairs.
Before we moved into the apartment we asked if we could see the unit. We were told by the property manager that it wasn’t ready (Wednesday) and we were moving in on Saturday. He said we want to make sure that its ready and that you get a good impression. When we moved in and had these problems he told my husband I would never move into an apartment that I had not yet seen. WOW right.
Don’t waste your money.
