Jonathan did such a great job on detailing my vehicle that I received full trade-​in value at the dealership! Trust me, my car was a nightmare before he cleaned it up to brand new condition. He did the same great job on my hubby’s car and his is an older model. We will be repeat customers!

We were in town and had a sudden need to get our car cleaned. We called them and they were able send someone out the same day. I’m not an expert on car detailing or anything, but the person they sent showed up early and worked their butt off on our car. It looked amazing when they were done! Price seemed like a great value. We were impressed.

I wish this had gone better. I’ll give you the highlights… the mobile detailer with SteamWorks (I forgot his name) arrives at our house to steam wash and detail my car — a Ford Explorer. He quotes a price, around $ 185 for everything we asked (a full exterior wash and wax and a full interior detailing including detailing under the hood). We also gave him a 15% tip in advance to incentivize him to take extra care with my car. So after about 3 hours he says he’s run out of time and will not be able to complete the job, he hadn’t yet done the waxing and polishing. He said he would have to come back on another day to finish that and that it would be another $ 75 for the waxing, AFTER he quoted us $ 185 for EVERYTHING including the waxing. NOT COOL.
Additionally he missed a lot of spots on the outside and inside of the car including a large spot next to the drivers seat from a spilled smoothie (it’s really obvious, I don’t know how he missed it). He also did not even touch the cargo space — there is still a layer of dirt and dog hair there. Additionally there were a number of spots (bird crap) on the roof of the car he didn’t remove. And the engine compartment — not clean.
Needless to say I did not feel that our $ 185 + tip was well spent. It seemed like the service was careless and rushed. Did I mention, he was on his cell phone while handling my car? And they were extremely difficult to pin down as far as scheduling the appointment.
I’ve put a call in to the owner, Jonathan, to let him know how it went and have not heard back.

I had to come on Unilocal!and list these guys for them because if you’re looking for a car detailing, this is tops. First of all the quality of service is amazing — my car is sparkling, interiors are vacuumed, shined and just perfect — like new. Second, this place is extremely well priced. Where others charge $ 100+, their basic starts at $ 40 and tops off t $ 150 and you’re not compromising anything. Third, it’s super convenient. My office building happened to call them over so all of the employees here took advantage but they come to your home too! Lastly, they’re environmentally friendly. Their «steam» washing conserves TONS of water and it works just as (if not more) effectively as traditional methods. Please check them out!
