Decent place. Bathrooms sightless dated, lame music, but the weights are in good condition and it’s not usually over crowded so you can get a cardio machine.

When you walk in to the gym you are greeted. The staff is so supportive and willing to help you if you need it. The classes the have a great. The staff is always willing to take time to help and no one judges you here!!! I love this place. When you leave you are greeted and talked to again! This is a family environment, they treat you like family.
