Great customer service! I had submitted an online search and received a phone call from Virginia. She was very polite and helpful; I felt that she truly cared about my storage needs! I drove over during the weekend and met her & Chris. We visited, toured some units and I booked. Why here? I was treated as an equal and felt appreciated as a prospective customer, not as if it was almost closing time and ugh, here comes another shopper. Nope! If you need storage services, give Virginia and Chris Brown your business!!!
