My son is 15 months old and has been attending Primrose Castle Hills since he was 8 weeks old. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this school and staff are. The teachers are extremely tenative, caring and reliable to make your child happy and parents feel confidant in the safety of their child. The environment is always clean and welcoming, as well as very open and communicative staff. The school director is an extreme professional as well as very warm and friendly at all times. I especially appreciate their attention to schedule and the daily activity report I get on my son everyday. I feel like I get a full idea of what his days consist of, and enjoy receiving digital photos and notes throughout the day through the school’s Tadpoles app. It’s pricey, but well worth the money to invest in your child and their safety, security and happiness. My son runs happily into his class and hugs his teachers every morning which says it all. He loves this school as much as my husband and I do.

I gave a five star review! I’m a lot like simon Cowell, very rarely impressed… but this childcare facility deserves it. Pros: Tenured Staff: The staff has been here for years. Yes, years. My kid came as toddler and left after pre-k(with a short disastrous break in between) and most of the people that she started with are still there. The director runs this school like, well, a school. A very well run one. I’m surprised some ISD hasn’t snatched this woman up yet, they could use her skills. Curriculum: Primrose has an awesome curriculum, which is something i didn’t realize until we left for regular school. The kids leave far ahead of where their peers are in kindergarten. And if your kid is smart already, VERY far ahead. Mine was in the middle but even she found regular kindergarten a bit too easy. Compliance: you will have a hard time finding something to complain about here. Bottles are warmed on cue, bottoms are wiped on time, phone calls are made when they are unsure and pictures are sent pretty frequently of your child’s day. Happy place: its a happy place. The kids love it and each other. The teachers seem to genuinely like and are good at their jobs, and the children are well behaved and listen to their teachers and staff. Cons: Events: their social events could use more… something. Funding i guess? For the amount of tuition I’m thinking they could certainly do better in that respect. Small gripe. Cost: this is one of the priciest Primrose Schools in the area. Buyer beware. That said though… Im betting that your child’s experience will be one of the best they’ve had in childcare. Building: Its older. Its regularly maintained but some of the classrooms are smaller than average and can be cramped. I don’t think there’s much they can do about that, it just is what it is. Newer primrose buildings are much larger but they also are new… So, yeah. I wholly recommend this school for childcare and pre-school. Go take a random tour, you’ll see what i mean.

Our son went to Primrose School of Castle Hills since he was 8 weeks old. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. My husband and I are both from out of town and don’t have family in the State so choosing who would care for our son while we worked was of the utmost importance to us. We toured numerous schools and nothing came close to Primrose School of Castle Hills. The teachers and staff are exceptional-specifically the Director, Jennifer Braun. She is so attentive and caring; she knows the name of every person that walks in the door and is very genuine. You can tell she loves what she does. Each and every room he went into had the best teachers; loving, nurturing, patient and bright. While we were there, their teacher turnover was low. Most Lead teachers have been there 5+ years, which I find to be rare these days and something that was important to me. The curriculum they provide is also top notch-our son has learned so much since being there, it astounds us. We are moving to go back closer to our family and the only time I cried, was on his last day at Primrose. They helped make so many amazing memories and they were so good to my baby boy. I feel I could never let them know how appreciative I am for that. I highly recommend Primrose School of Castle Hills
