Precision Family Medicine

I have to give a shout out to Dr. Kyle Carter and his Nurse Ashley. I have been seeing Dr. Carter for years and he always takes care of me and my family very well! As the other reviewers say, All 3 Dr’s at the practice are great as well.

I have never had such rude customer service from a doctor’s office, ever. I received a call from Precision the Friday before my appointment, confirming the time of 2:30pm. I have this recorded. Upon arriving at 2:35, I was told that my appointment was actually at 2:15 and had been canceled. After explaining to the receptionist that this was not what was confirmed with me a few days prior, I was given a response that the day had been very busy, it was too bad there was a scheduling conflict, and I would need to reschedule my appointment for two weeks out. The receptionist was exteremly rude about this, not willing to help, or take responsibilty for the mess up on Precision’s part. I would not recommened this practice to anyone and I left stating I would find another doctor. If this practice cannot accept responsibility for their scheduling mistake, and allow their receptionist to be rude and condescending to potential clients, than this establishment is not worth my money. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr. Murphy since I’ve been in Dallas. She is very knowledgeable and thorough — and has a great personality to boot! And one of the things I love about her — I never feel like she’s judging me — which isn’t always the case with doctors.
I never have to wait very long when I’ve scheduled an appointment, and it’s not difficult to get appointments in her office.
I’ve been seen by the other doctors in this facility, they are good as well.
Lastly — I had an undiagnosed medical condition that went on for years before I began seeing Dr. Murphy. I previously used an HMO, and my doctors were never able to put my symptoms together and give me a diagnosis, which really took me down for a while and took some of the zing out of my life. Dr. Murphy was able to diagnose me and my life/​overall health have improved tremendously. For this I am forever grateful… thanks Dr. Murphy.

Dr. Amy Murphy is a fabulous Physician! Not only is she very professional, thorough, and has precise clinical knowledge; she also is very personable, caring and thoughtful. She has been my Physician for 11 years now. I am usually able to see her the same or next day I need to. Very blessed to have her as one of my Providers.

Both Dr. Murphy and Dr. Carter are very dedicated Family doctors. Dr. Amy Murphy is my doctor and I just love her. She sent me for an MRI 8 years ago and found cancer in my spinal cord. I can’t say enough nice things about her. Without her ability to be thorough I might not be here at all.

Great family doctors. I usually see Dr. Murphy, but the other doctors are good, too.
As for Dr. Murphy, she is dedicated and caring and has been seeing every member of my family for about 8 years now. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
