I have used Pollard many times between Lewisville and DFW and back as well as around town. Last night they picked me up in a nice clean, new Suburban at DFW. We went to Irving and it was again smooth as silk. The driver waited patiently while I filed a lost bag report. He was very friendly and got me to my hotel safely.
I highly recommend them and will use them again and again here in the DFW area. Prices are very fair and many times better than renting a car for one day, especially at DFW

Terrible service. The driver showed almost an hour late. Car was on empty and we were going to the airport. I confirmed with the service 3 times to make sure we were all set. A terrible experience we almost missed our flight.

Car was clean but the gas gauge was on empty when the driver arrived 25 minutes late to pick us up to go to the airport on an overbooked flight. Stressful.
